Subject: Cannot upload to ID Vault
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Domino Server
Technical Area: Security
Platform: Linux server
Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Always

Hello!

My users cannot upload ID files to vault. The users had previously another domain /OLDERDOMAIN and have been recertified with /NEWDOMAIN and moved to a new server.

On this server I have implemented ID Vault and created a policy. When I create new users the ID File is put into the vault.

Error in log.nsf for all moved users:
ID failed to upload to vault 'O=NEWVault'. 'User name/NEWDOMAIN' (IP Address 192.168.100.55:57960) made request. Error: 03:11.

Also I have noticed that all moved users have 2 Certificates:
One is called "Notes certified public key" and the other "Change request" and nothing seems to change here.

Any help?
